What we do for you?

Property Searching

We carry out a comprehensive property search being conscious of your requirements. This includes searching all the property web sites, property press, and all local estate agents.

Property Short Listing

Once our selected properties have been assessed, we compile a shortlist of Properties that meet our client's criteria and then we organise viewings for the client. The day will involve us picking the client up driving them to prearranged viewings of selected properties and then at the end of the day returning them back to their location.

Property Negotiating

Once a decision has been made by the client we then begin negotiations on their behalf with the landlord/Agent to help secure the best possible price for the property and terms for the lease.

Property Completion

We review all lease documentation looking for any discreditable clauses. We can negotiate a break clause to suit employment contracts and other circumstances that may be desired. We are also there at the time of the move in to complete an inventory list of the property and to take detailed photographs so that the client can't be held responsible for any damages that may have been missed by the Landlord/Agent.
